What niches can I create videos in?

There’s no limit to the niches in which you can create videos. We’ve already prepared prompts for multiple topics, but you also have the option of creating custom prompts for a video script if you don’t see what you’re looking for.

Are videos created unique?

Yes, every video created is unique. The images and script are created on the spot and turned into a video for you alone.

Can I make edits to my videos?

Of course. You’re free to download your video and make changes to it as you see fit. We’re working on creating an editor within the platform that’ll allow you to make changes to your video using a simple interface.

Can I choose the video length?

Yes, you can create videos that are up to 60 seconds and videos that are up to 90 seconds.

Who owns the videos?

Any video you create using our platform belongs to you. We DO NOT retain the rights to the videos. The videos can also be used commercially by you. 

Do you offer a free trial?

As you’re probably aware, every time you use AI software, there’s a cost associated with it. But as you know, it’s much cheaper than paying for a freelancer or an influencer to make videos on your behalf. With that being said, you’re able to sign up for free, set up everything for your first video, and even preview how it’ll look. Before you generate the video, you’ll need to choose a plan.

What is the refund policy

Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. Unless otherwise stated, you're eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of choosing a plan. Send us a message and we'll refund any unused credits remaining on your plan. 

How long can the videos be?

For now, the maximum length for videos is 90 seconds. We’re working on providing the option for you to make longer videos.

What happens if I’ve used up all the avatar video creation allowance?

You can purchase additional credits to create more avatars within your account.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel right in the accounts/billing section. Just click a button and confirm that you want to cancel your plan. You’ll retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Can I get more videos if I use up everything in my plan?

The most cost-effective option is to upgrade to the next highest plan available from the one you’re on. You also have the option to purchase video credits in increments of $10, which you can use to generate one-off videos.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, we handle all payments through Stripe which is one of the most secure payment processors in the world. Your payment details never hit our servers at any time.
